Potato Pudding Recipe


Ingredients for Potato Pudding

Potatoes – 2 cups [peel and grated]
Sweet Onion – 1 large [peel and grated]
Self raising Flour – 1 tbsp
Butter 2 oz
Salt and pepper to taste

Method of Preparing Potato Pudding

Mix the grated potatoes and grated onions in the flour and add to the melted butter and blend well. Add the seasonings, and place in greased casserole. Bake in a moderate oven for 30 minutes.
Reduce the temperature and bake for further 35 minutes when there should be thick brown crust.
Serve hot or cold.
