Easy Chicken Curry Recipe


Ingredients for Chicken Curry

Chicken – 1 kg [cut into medium pieces]
Onion – 1
Ginger – 1 piece
Garlic – 6 cloves
Cinnamon – 1 piece [powdered]
Cloves – 6 [powdered]
Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Chili powder – 2 tsp
Tomatoes – 3 [chopped]
Pepper Powder – ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
Oil – ¼ cup

Method of Preparing Easy Chicken Curry

Grind the onion, ginger, garlic in a mixer grinder. Heat oil in a pan and fry the onion, ginger and garlic paste for 5-8 minutes. Add the pepper, cloves and cinnamon powder and mix well.
Add coriander powder, chili powder and turmeric powder mixer with little water. When the aroma arises add the chopped tomatoes and fry for 5 minutes.
Add the chicken pieces and mix gently. Add some boiling water and little water. Cook the chicken till tender. Serve hot with rice or chapathi
