Apple Cheese Pudding


Ingredients for Apple Cheese Pudding

Apples – 4
Bread crumbs – 2 cups
Cheese – 1 cup [grated]
Sugar – ½ cup
Milk – ½ cup
Butter – 6 tbsp

Method of Preparing Apple Cheese Pudding

Butter a baking dish well. Spread the layers of crumbs, grated cheese and finely sliced apples. Sprinkle each apple layer with sugar. Dot with butter. Add milk and bake in a moderate oven till it becomes light brown.
