Grape Pudding Recipe


Ingredients for Grape Pudding

Grape Juice – 3 cups
Sugar – 1 cup
Corn flour – 3 tbsp
Salt – 1 pinch

Method of Preparing Grape Pudding

Wash grapes and de-seed and boil for 3 minutes. Press through sieve and boil again. Mix corn flour in cold water and add to the boiling fruit, after adding sugar and salt. Stir continuously until thickened.
Serve with cream or custard.
