How to Make Christmas Special Cookies


Ingredients for Christmas Special Cookies

Self Rising Flour – 8 oz
Semolina – 4 oz
Syrup --4 tbsp
Sugar – 4 oz
Cinnamon Powder –m ¼ tsp
Ginger – ¼ tsp [grounded]
Butter – 4 oz
Salt – 1 pinch

Method of the Preparation of the Christmas Special Cookies

Melt butter and sugar with the syrup, Add sugar gradually and mix well. Add salt, ground ginger and cinnamon powder. Mix with semolina. Cool. Cut out cookie guides from cardboard like Christmas tree, stars and bells. Roll out cookie dough 1/8 thick. Use cardboard guides to cut out different shapes.
Put these cookies on to greased baking plates and cooked in a slow oven at 350°F till it becomes golden brown.
