Raisin and walnut Cake Easter Recipe

Ingredients for Raisins and Walnut

Plain flour – 250 gms
Eggs – 3
Sugar powder – 250 gms
Raisins – 50 gms
Walnuts – 50 gms [chopped]
Baking powder – 2 tsp
Butter – 250 gms

Method of Preparing Raisin and Walnut Cake

Beat the eggs well. Mix the sugar powder and butter gently and add to the beaten eggs. Sift the flour with baking powder. Add the chopped walnuts and raisins.
Mix all the ingredients well. Pour the cake mixture into the greased cake tin and bake in a pre heated oven at 300° F for about 30 minutes.
