How to Make Gooseberry Wine


Ingredients for the Gooseberry Wine

Gooseberry – 1 kg
Sugar – 1 kg
Boiled and cooled water – 2 liter
Cinnamon – 1 piece [crushed]
Cardamoms – 3 [crushed]
Cloves – 3 [crushed]

Method of Preparing Goose berry Wine

Mix all the ingredients well and fill in an air tight jar. And keep for 45 days. Stir daily.
Strain the wine with a muslin cloth and fill in wine jars.
