Banana Wine Recipe

Ingredients for the Banana Wine

Banana – 1 kg [peel and cut into small pieces]

 Boiled and cooled water – 3 liter

Yeast – 1 tsp

Cinnamon – 1 piece [crushed]

Cloves – 3 [crushed]

Cardamom – 3 [crushed]

Caramelized sugar -- 2 tsp

Method of Preparing Banana wine

Spread banana pieces, sugar, crushed spices, yeast in an earthenware. Add water and cover the vessel.   Keep for 10 days, stir daily.  Strain the wine and add caramelized sugar and fill in wine bottles.
