Cheese Canapes Easter Recipe


Ingredients for Cheese Canapes

Egg whites – 2 [[beaten stiffly]
Bread slices – 8
Butter –2 tbsp [melted]
Cheese – ½ cup [grated]
Spring onion – 1 tbsp [chopped]
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste

Method of Preparing Cheese Canapes

Cut the bread slices diagonally.  Toast the slices one side and brush the other side with butter. Mix the rest of the ingredients. Spread the mixture on the buttered side of the toasted bread. Grill  till the cheese melts. 
Serve hot.
