Prawn Snacks Easter Recipe


Ingredients for Prawn snacks

Prawns – 500gms [peeled and deveined]
Milk – 1 tbsp
Egg – 1
Plain flour
Bread crumbs
Oil for frying

Method of Preparing Prawn Snacks

Wash and cut the prawns. Beat the egg with milk. Dip the prawns the flour then in the egg mixture.
Dip each prawn in the bread crumbs and deep fry in the hot oil, till the prawns become golden brown.
Serve hot with tomato sauce.
