Dates – ¾ cup [chopped]
Grape nut Flakes –2 cups
Lemon Juice – 2 tsp
Honey – 2 tbsp
Butter – 2 tbsp
Pecans – ½ cup
Icing sugar
Method of preparing Valentine Date Balls
Put cereal, nuts, and dates through mincer. Add butter, honey lemon juice. Knead mixture well. Shape into 1 inch balls and roll in icing sugar.
