Ingredients for Chocolate Easter Egg
Chocolate – 325 gms
Unsalted Butter – 50 gms
Vanilla Extract – 1 tsp
Icing Sugar – 450 gms
Method of the Preparation of Chocolate Easter Egg
Mix the butter, cream cheese and vanilla extract well.
Gradually add the icing sugar and blend gently. Refrigerate the mixture for 2 hours.
Take the small portion of the mixture and roll with your palm and refrigerate again for 1 hour.
Melt the chocolate in an oven. Using a large tooth pick, dip each egg shaped cream in the melted chocolate to coat all over.
Put into a waved paper in a tray and keep aside for harden the eggs.
