Ingredients of Duck Roast
Duck – 1
Coriander Powder – 1 tsp
Chili Powder – 1 tsp
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Pepper Powder – 1 tsp
Onion – 1 [chopped]
Onions – 2 [sliced]
Potatoes – 2 [peel and sliced]
Cloves – 4
Cinnamon sticks – 2
Oil – 1 cup
Salt to taste
Method of the Preparation of Duck Roast
Clean and cut the duck into 8—10 pieces.
Add coriander powder, chili powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder, Cloves, cinnamon and salt and mix well. Keep aside for 10 minutes.
Cook the marinated meat turns tender. Remove the meat and set aside,
Heat oil in a pan and fry the sliced potatoes and sliced onion separately. Remove and keep aside.
Add the duck pieces in the same pan and fry. Drain the duck pieces and put into the gravy and cook for 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat and serve hot with fried onions and fried potatoes.
