Nut Cake Recipe


Ingredients for Nut Cake

Flour – 2 ½ cups
Sugar – 1 ½ cups
Evaporated Milk – ½ cup
Baking powder – 1 ¾ tsp
Butter – ½ cup
Vanilla – 1 tsp
Milk – ¾ cup
Walnuts – 1 cup [chopped]
Salt – 1 pinch

Method of preparing Nut Cake

Beat butter, sugar and evaporated milk gently. The sugar must be completely dissolved and mixture becomes fluffy. Sift the dry ingredients and mix alternately to the milk. Add vanilla and mix well. Add the chopped nut.
Pour the mixture into a greased tin and bake at 375°F for 30-35 minutes.
