Leek Salad Easter Recipe


Young thin leeks blanch for 8 minutes in boiled water. Drain and chill well. Sprinkle with pepper and serve with French dressing

For French dressing

Lemon Juice – 2 tbsp
Oil – 2 tbsp
Green Herb [mint, oregano] – 2 tsp [fresh chopped]
Grated Onion or Garlic

Mix all the ingredients together and shake well to break up the oil.
