Butter Milk Cup Cake Recipe


Ingredients for Butter Milk Cup Cake

Flour – 2 ¼ cups
Butter – ¼ cup
 Sugar – 1 cup
Vanilla – 1 tsp
Butter Milk – 1 cup
Salt – 1 pinch
Bi-carb – ½ tsp

Method of the Preparation of the Butter Milk Cup Cake

Beat the butter and sugar well. Sift the dry ingredients and add alternately with the butter milk to the butter mixture. Add vanilla. Blend very gently. Put paper cases to the muffin tins and pour the mixture ¾ full and 400°F for about 20 minutes.
