Eggless Sponge Cake


Ingredients for Eggless sponge Cake

Flour – 300 gms
Baking Powder – 1 tsp
Soda Bi-carb – ½ tsp
Butter – 150 gms
Condensed Milk – 1 can [sweetened]
Milk – ¼ cup
Sugar – 3 tbsp
Rasins – 20 gms
Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp

Method of Preparing Eggless Cake

Sift together flour, baking powder and soda bi - carb. Blend the flour and butter, and add the condensed milk and sugar. Mix well till the mixture become smooth and fluffy. Add vanilla essence and raisins.
Pour the mixture into a greased tray and bake in moderate oven [180°C], until golden brown.
