Fry Meat Masala Easter Recipe

Ingredients for Fried Meat Masala

 Meat – ½ kg
Onions – 2
Garlic flakes – 4
Dry red chilies – 10
Dry Coriander – 1 tbsp
Cardamom – 2
Poppy Seeds – ½ tsp
Cumin seeds – ½ tsp
Cloves – 4
Pepper powder – ½ tsp
Cinnamon – 1 piece
Ginger – 1 piece
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
Oil -- ¼ cup
Curry leaves – 2 strands

Method of Preparing Fried Meat Masala

Grind the red chilies, coriander seeds, pepper, garlic flakes, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and poppy seeds in to a smooth paste.
 Add the masala paste salt and sufficient water to cook the meat pieces.
Heat oil in a pan and sauté the sliced onions.
 Add the cooked meat and curry leaves and fry well.
Fry Meat Masala is ready to serve.
