Dry Coriander – 1 tbsp

Pepper powder – ½ tsp
Cinnamon – 1 piece
Ginger – 1 piece
Turmeric powder – ¼ tsp
Salt to taste
Oil -- ¼ cup
Curry leaves – 2 strands
Method of Preparing Fried Meat Masala
Grind the red chilies, coriander seeds, pepper, garlic flakes, ginger, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom and poppy seeds in to a smooth paste.
Add the masala paste salt and sufficient water to cook the meat pieces.
