Coconut Cup Cake Easter Recipe

Ingredients for the Coconut cup Cakes

Plain Flour – 400 gms
Sugar – 24tbsp [powdered]
Sweetened Condensed milk – 1 can
Butter – 200 gms
Desiccated Coconut – 10 tbsp
Water – ½ cup
Vanilla Essence – 1 tsp
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Coconut Powder – 2 tsp
Strawberry jam for coating
Few Cherries for decoration

Method of Preparation of the Coconut Cup Cake

Sift plain flour with baking powder and keep aside. Beat the butter and sugar well and add vanilla essence. Mix water with condensed milk and add to the sugar mixture. And beat gently.
Pour the mixture into greased cup cake tins and bake at 180°, until golden brown. When it cooled coat with strawberry jam and roll in coconut powder
Decorate with cherry and put to the paper casings and serve.
