Ingredients for Valentine’s Day Kiwi Crisp
Flour –6 oz
Butter – 4 oz
Baking Powder – 1 tsp
Sugar –2 oz
Sweetened Condensed Milk – 2tbsp
Dark Chocolate – 4 oz [broken into small pieces]
Method of Preparing Valentine’s Day Kiwi Crisps
Cream the butter and sugar. Add the flour sifted with the baking powder, alternately with the condensed milk, add the chocolate.
Shape the mixture into small balls. Place them on oven trays, flatten the tops and bake in a moderate oven for 15-20 minutes.
