Valentine's day Hazelnut Short Bread recipe



Ingredients for the Hazelnut Short Bread

Flour – 2 oz
Butter – 6 oz
Sugar – 2 oz
Minced Hazelnuts – 4 oz

Method of Preparing Hazelnut Short Bread

Mix all ingredients together, lightly and quickly. Press dough into greased baking tin and bake at 375⁰F for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with sugar and cut into fingers while still hot, and remove from the tin when cooled.
