Ingredients for Easter Egg Candies

Flaked Coconut – 1 1/3 c
Confectioners Sugar – 1 Ib
Water – 2 tbsp
Corn syrup – 1 tbsp
Butter – 1 tbsp [softened]
Vanilla – 1 tsp
Almond extract – ¼ tsp
Cream of tartar – 1 Pn

Method of the Preparation of Easter Egg

Mix the sugar, corn syrup, butter, vanilla and water. Add almond extract, salt and cream of tartar. Add the coconut and mix.
Melt the chocolate in a boiler on a low flame. Keep aside and cool a little Shape the mixture into eggs
